Media facades - Interactive brand communication in the urban space
Looking for the function of media facades led Maria Constantinou and Roland Block to the idea of interpreting luminous buildings as brand communication spots in the urban space. They converted the claim "Carpe Diem" into "Carpe Noctem". The media facade can then be understood as a part of the overall corpoarate architecture. Different case studies reveal their approach. The results were presented in the architectural lighting design course "Light & Symbol" within an international video conference.
